Constructing a Kalachakra Mandala in Australia

Khentrul Rinpoche wishes to arrange for the construction of the largest and most detailed three-dimensional Kalachakra Mandala in the world. This represents the Buddhist view of the universe, and shows the interrelation of the human body, the universe and the Kalachakra practice.

If this plan comes to fruition, he foresees that this will attract people from all over the world, and become a most famous, beneficial and universal place of pilgrimage in the world. This is not an easy project and Rinpoche expects that it will cost at least one hundred million dollars. If anyone would like to take on this project, Rinpoche would take on responsibility for advising on all stages of the project.
